I have the EHX Russian Muff and the extra rare EHX Muff-Fuzz (the mini box) from the 70's they are both very excellent,but the Rusty Fuzz is something else..It has a very nice clarity and will never mess your sound..the only pedal i could compare whith it,is the Gibsons Maestro but i like the Rusty more..The footswitch release is not a big deal for me,its very easy to get used with this..Silent and very easy to handle
